Text message terms
These are the terms of the Gear Tech Systems crew text-message program, sent through CallSheet.One. They stand on their own: agreeing to them is separate from the terms of use, and you can use CallSheet.One without agreeing to them.
What the program is
Gear Tech Systems (GTS) texts its crew and staff about the shows they are booked on or asked to work: booking requests, call times, schedule changes, and messages from the producer running the show. Nothing else. No marketing, no promotions, and no messages on behalf of anyone but GTS.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the box “Text me about my shows” next to the Mobile field, on the account request form or on your profile in CallSheet.One. The box starts unticked. Ticking it is your consent to receive these texts from Gear Tech Systems at the number you give.
Consent is optional. It is not a condition of using CallSheet.One, of working for GTS, or of any purchase, and it is not part of the terms of use or any other agreement. You can keep a mobile number on file without ticking the box; producers can still call you, and you will not be texted. How often
Message frequency varies with your bookings. A typical show week is a handful of messages; a quiet month may be none. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. You can also untick the box on your profile or ask your producer. To opt back in later, reply START or tick the box again.

Your number and your consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Twilio delivers the messages as our service provider and receives your number only to deliver them. See the privacy policy for everything else about how your information is handled.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program works on major US carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and coverage.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes are announced in the app.
